Who's behind this guide?

Hi! I'm Haydn Adams, BFA. I don't just code for a living, but have a fine arts background as well. I'm passionate about delivering a richer experience to patrons of the arts, and I'm constantly looking for technology to make that happen

The thought for this guide came about when I went researching for a client's museum, on how to deliver an easy-to-deploy audio guide. I didn't find any that were "easy" or priced effectively, unless we were the size of the Smithsonian (note; we aren't the size of the Smithsonian).

So I decided to build an easy, fluid system that uses the guests' own phone to listen and explore selected works or art. They simply can hold their phone up to their ear, or use headphones (modern hearing aids use bluetooth connections to phones; too cool!) to listen to the audio.

In addition to being a web developer, I've also been the past board president of the Graphic Artists Guild and have spent nearly 20 years in higher education.
